There's some truth to what she's saying, but she's leaving some things out. Yes, we all know confidence, masculine energy, not giving a fuck, having swagger etc is sexy to women....of course! Also, the point about not letting rejection effect your self confidence,  or assumed sexual marketplace value, is of particular importance for men. However, I think she's downplaying how much physical characteristics are entwined with overall attractiveness though. 

The sad truth is that you're going to be at a disadvantage if you're shorter, out of shape, bald, have ugly facial features, wear glasses, can't afford stylish clothes, are a particular minority, have bad teeth etc. What she's not telling you is that two guys could display the exact same behavior. The guy with the above characteristics is likely to be treated like a sex offender, while a great looking guy might be banging her without a condom within the hour. This is just reality. Life isn't fair.

At the end of the day, just make the absolute best of what you can and fix what's in your control (get a good haircut, workout, lose weight, get a better job, make more money, get a tan, fix your style, fix your posture, etc). Be a masculine man, be as confident as you can be, and stop giving a fuck about the desires of females. Live for yourself. Once you do this, the women will either take notice (assuming you put yourself in the right places) or they won't. At least you'll know you've done what you can.

but my point is that she's downplaying the importance of looks and overstating the importance of the other qualities. 
Obviously this depends on the woman, but I can assure you a really good looking man, 
can get away with a shiiittttt ton more (and have less of a personality) than his average looking friend.  

At the end of the day Physical attraction matters a lot! It's the spark that gets everything started and moving. 
Yes, the other things play a role and are important in their own way, but without the spark...you're fucked.

The first copyright laws were created in opposition to the prospect of people being able to publish content faster and more easily. 
The monarchy of England didn't want any materials written and printed that spoke against them, 
so they created a law that gave an exclusive group the power to print.
